Join us as an Entry & Orientation Support Staff member at Ghibli Park in Nagakute, Aichi, and help international guests start their visit smoothly and confidently. This role is not a guided tour inside Ghibli Park. Your main responsibilities are to welcome guests at the meeting point, provide pre-entry orientation, assist with ticket and entry procedures, explain the schedule, share important park rules, and offer route suggestions before or during the first part of the visit. After entering the park, guests will explore Ghibli Park independently at their own pace. Staff will provide practical support mainly during the first approximately 2 hours of the experience when needed. For many international visitors, Ghibli Park is one of the highlights of their trip to Japan. Your role is to help them feel comfortable, informed, and ready to enjoy their visit. No previous guiding experience is required. This role is ideal for someone who can communicate in English, enjoys interacting with people, is punctual and responsible, and can provide friendly support to international guests.
・Conversational English skills or above ・Enjoy communicating with international guests in a friendly and professional manner ・Punctual, responsible, and reliable ・Comfortable providing meeting point guidance, pre-entry orientation, and rule explanations ・Able to speak clearly to small groups ・Able to support guests so they can enjoy the park independently ・Interest in Studio Ghibli, animation, and Japanese culture is welcome ・Easy access to the Nagakute / Nagoya area is a plus
