
Join us as a guide for our Domaine Hide winery experience in Yamanashi and help international guests discover the depth and beauty of Japanese wine culture. This role involves welcoming guests, supporting a guided winery tour, walking through the vineyard, and helping visitors understand the philosophy behind Domaine Hide’s winemaking. Guests will learn about the production process, visit the seasonal grape-drying house, and enjoy a premium tasting of 12 wines served by the glass, paired with the Hanayaka Plate at Café Tsukihareru. Your role is to make international guests feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the visit. You will help explain the cultural background of Japanese wine, the local character of Yamanashi, and the unique charm of a boutique winery located near Mt. Fuji. If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, speaking English, and sharing Japanese food and wine culture through warm communication and storytelling, this could be a great fit for you.
