Join us as a guide for our Kikusui Sake Brewery experience and help international guests discover the depth of Japanese sake culture in Niigata. This role involves introducing Japanese sake culture to international visitors by guiding them through the production process of our flagship brand, “Kikusui Funaguchi” including tours of the brewery, tastings, and hands-on experiences. Our guests often join this experience because they want more than a casual tasting. They want to understand how brewing methods, local water, climate, and experimentation shape the final character of each sake. Your role is to make the visit feel smooth, enjoyable, and memorable from start to finish. If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, speaking English, and sharing Japanese food and drink culture through storytelling, this could be a great fit for you.
