This role involves introducing Japanese sake culture to international visitors through a brewer-led brewery tour, a guided tasting of five selected Tsukiyoshino sake varieties, and clear explanations of how local water, rice, and brewing choices shape flavor. Your role is to help guests feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the visit.
