Join us as a guide for our Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery experience and help international guests discover a deeper side of Japanese sake culture in Akita. This role involves introducing Japanese sake culture to international visitors through a tasting-centered experience, clear explanations of umami-focused brewing, and thoughtful discussion of flavor structure and food pairing. Our guests often join this experience because they want more than a basic introduction to sake. They want to understand how koji development, fermentation control, and maturation shape umami, structure, and complexity in the final drink. Your role is to make the experience feel smooth, engaging, and memorable from start to finish. If you enjoy meeting people from around the world, speaking English, and sharing Japanese food and drink culture in a thoughtful and engaging way, this could be a great fit for you.
